Trip

Nature: Maneuver
Type: In place of a melee attack.

Effects:
●Initiating a trip provokes an Attack of Opportunity (AoO) from the target of your maneuver.
●If your Maneuver attack roll succeeds, the target is knocked prone.
●If your roll fails by 10 or more, you are knocked prone instead.

Limits:
●Maneuver Defense gets +2 for each additional leg the target has after the first 2.
●You can't trip an opponent who is more than 1 size category larger than you.
●Some creatures (such as oozes, creatures without legs, and flying creatures) can't be tripped.

●Those with the "Improved Trip" Feat don't provoke an AoO from tripping an opponent
(and also get +2 on doing so, and defending against being tripped).
