Nature: Condition
Type: Fear

●Gets –2 on attacks, saves, skill & ability checks
●The character will flee from the source of fear as best they can
●Can choose which way they go when they flee
●Can use special abilities (including spells) to flee,
and must do so if it's the only way to escape
●If character can't flee, they may fight (but with penalties above)

●Once they are out of sight (or hearing) of the source of their fear, they can act as they want
●If the fear effect's duration continues, they can be forced to flee again
if the source of the character's fear presents itself once more

●The previous stage of fear is "Shaken"
●Next more severe state of fear is "Panicked"

Unless otherwise stated, if something would make an already-"frightened" character
become "frightened" or "shaken", then they will become "panicked" instead.
