Effects: Impedes movement, but doesn't entirely prevent it unless the bonds are anchored to an immobile object or tethered by an opposing force

●Moves at 1/2 speed
●Can't run or charge
●Gets –2 penalty on all attack rolls
●Suffers –4 penalty to Dex
●If character attempts to cast a spell they must make a concentration check (DC 15 + spell level) or lose the spell
