The Inspired lords of Riedra supervise the mining of a crystalline substance that can be alloyed with iron to form crysteel. This material makes excellent weapons, and the crystalline component makes them resonate with psionic power.
Material Traits
●Hardness of 10.
●20 HP per inch of thickness.
●Items without metal parts can't be made from crysteel.
●Crysteel items are susceptible to the "shatter" spell, but get +4 bonus on the save to resist it because the material is alloyed with iron.
●Crysteel armor is considered to be made out of metal (due to its iron content), and therefore druids can't wear it.
Arms & Armor
When wielded by a character who has at least 1 power point, a crysteel weapon gains a +1 enhancement bonus on damage rolls.
