Race: Any dragonmarked race.
Skills: 12 ranks in any 2 skills.
Feats: Heroic Spirit (in Eberron corebook)
Alignment: Non-Lawful
Special: A character that has an Aberrant Dragonmark, Least Dragonmark, Lesser Dragonmark,
Greater Dragonmark, or any form of Siberys Dragonmark, cannot enter this prestige class.

Also, once a character gains any levels in this prestige class, even if no mark is gained,
he cannot adopt the ''Dragonmark Heir'', ''Heir of Siberys'', or ''Aberrant Heir'' prestige classes.

Class Features

1.Additional Action Points: The dragonmark begins to form & max Action Points per lvl increases by 2.

1.Bonus Feat: A child of Khyber gains a bonus feat. The bonus feat must be selected from
the following list, and the child of Khyber must meet the prerequisites of the feat to select it.
●Action Boost, ●Action Surge, ●Pursue, ●Spontaneous Casting, ●Chaotic Spells/Powers*

2.Khyber Mark (Sp): Character finally manifests the full Khyber mark, gaining any single spell-like ability from the list below. The spell-like ability can only be used once per day, and has CL 16. A saving throw against a Khyber-mark's power has a DC of (10 + spell lvl +Cha modifier).

7.Arcane Sight, Greater: As ''arcane sight'' (magical auras become visible to you), except that it also
automatically identifies which spells & magic effects are active on creatures & objects you can see.
8.Bigby's Clenched Fist: Large hand provides cover, pushes, or attacks your foes.
7.Finger of Death: Kills one subject within Close range (25 ft +5 ft per 2 CL's).
7.Fire Storm: Deals 1d6/level fire damage.
8.Inflict Critical Wounds, Mass: Deals 4d8 damage +1/level to many creatures.
7.Invisibility, Mass: As ''invisibility'', but affects all in range.
8.Otiluke's Telekinetic Sphere: Force globe protects & traps 1 subject.You can move it w telekinesis
7.Power Word, Blind: Blinds 1 creature with 200 hp or less. Permanent if 50 hp or less.
7.Reverse Gravity: Objects and creatures in area fall upward.
7.Scalding Touch:MoE Touch deals 13d6 fire dmg & dazes victim. Usable a number of times = CL.
8.Shout, Greater: Devastating yell deals 10d6 sonic damage; stuns creatures, damages objects.
7.Sunbeam: Beam blinds and deals 4d6 damage.
8.Sympathy: Object or location attracts certain creatures.
7.Vision: As ''legend lore'' (learn tales about person,place, or thing) but faster & strenuous.
6.Wind Walk: You and your allies turn vaporous and travel fast.

2.Spells per Day: At 2nd & 3rd lvl those who previously had lvls in a spellcasting class get new spells per day as if had also taken lvl in that class. Doesn't, however, gain any other benefit the class normally gives. Basically means that he adds +1 lvl to lvls in 1 casting class, then determines spells per day & CL by that. If no spellcasting classes, get bonus feat instead (must still meet feat prereqs).

3.Improved Khyber Mark (Sp): Can use the Khyber-mark power one additional time per day.
